I have a new job and many new nice colleagues. Because everyone took me so well in the team, I wanted to thank them. I wanted to do something personal and chose these small “Sour Cream Containers”. I still have an retired 12″x12″ Designpaper from SU called “Sweet Pea” , which I could use wonderfully. I closed the opening of the container with a clip. This way, he does not break when opening. It containes 2 Ritter Sport mini chocolate cubes.
And of course I also made a “Thank You” card because the colleagues from the headquarters are sitting in a different place. For them the Containers goes out with a courier.
I´ve used “Happiness in Bloom” from Papertrey Ink and a german sentiment from Inkystamps called “Kurz und Knapp”.
I hope they are happy with my little thanks.Keep your fingers crossed !!
I was the lucky winner of the last High Hopes challenge and won 2 unmounted stamps of my choice. Thanks again to Lora – the owner – for sending out the stamps very fast and thanks to Sue for the nice e-mail contact.
I have to catch up making christmas cards, so I choose “Milton Fresh Pine” . I like how the card turned out with the lovely Christmas Tree Designpaper in the back.
I needed a quick and easy wedding card and thought of “Circled Symbols”. I have embossed in gold but it does not work. You could not read the Mr and Mrs – I suppose the lines in the stamp are too fine for embossing powder. But with golden ink and my Misti it worked out very well.
I had time to take another challenge for Papertrey Ink Stamp-A-Faire 2017.I wish I had more time, but I have to skip the more time consuming – but the many different techniques are great! Thanks for all the wonderful Videos ! Natasha Trupp challenged us to create a project using a an inked impression plate. I don´t have any PTI Impressions Plates so i went with an Embossing Folder. It works the same way.
Since fall is not far away (summer is always much too short), I took out my “Make it Market Mini Kit: Color Pop Autumn” to create this card. I really like the pre-printed cut outs, they are perfect to create a quick and easy card.
It´s Papertrey Ink Stamp-a-Faire 2017, that means Challenges and Tutorials the whole weekend ! I will not be able to participate much, but I start with the Warm Up Challenge. We should choose one of 10 photos as inspiration and I have decided for black and white.
I used the “Splits: With Love” Mini Stamp and the matching Die. My card is Clean and Simple and also very small. It measured 2,75″ x 4″ – perfect as a little note.
This is my take for Gerda Steiner´s progressive Challenge. For August we got “Birthday Monster” to work with. Such a cute little monster ! I combined it with “Initial Sentiments: Birthday Stamp Set “ from Papertrey Ink. I think it fits great ! Das ist mein Beitrag für Gerda Steiner´s progressive Herausforderung. Für August haben wir “Birthday Monster” bekommen. So ein süßes kleines Monster ! Ich habe es mit o.g. Stempel von Papertrey Ink kombiniert – ich finde es passt toll !
