I joined the Card Chain Challenge the eight time and today 2nd, is reveal day for December Challenge. It is super fun and easy : You make a card and send it to the one in front of you in the LinkyTool and you get a card from the one behind you. It is so much fun – come on and join next month !
If you’d like to join the January Challenge, you can sign up here until January 6th. Anyone can participate as long as you are willing to send a card to someone else in a possibly different country.
In December we played TIC-TAC-TIC-TAC-TOE. It was a 5×5 grid which made it very interesting. I was lucky and was able to find the second vertical row an old Elzybells Stamp: SLIMLINE, BIRD, BLACK, DEER and STARS. I sent this card to Suze in New Zealand and i hope she liked it.

A wonderful Christmas card, Imke! You met the challenge perfectly. I like how you handled positioned your stamp and sentiment on the white background; it really makes them ‘pop’ that way.
You nailed it. The image you used is so cute and ticked off some boxes. I love the card.
Such a cute image, I think revisiting old stamps can be such a lovely thing to do. Love the composition of this to make it a slimline design. Happy new year!

What a clever choice of image, one that ticks off 3 boxes, making it possible to keep it clean and lightweight. That is what I struggled with and failed doing myself:) So nice with the banners and enamel dots as details.
