It´s Wednesday and time for a brandnew Challenge over at {Little Red Wagon}. Doni is our hostess this week and she choose the theme “Halloween””. Es ist wieder Mittwoch und Zeit für eine neue Challenge auf Little Red Wagon. Doni ist Gastgeberin und sie hat o.g. Thema ausgesucht.

Since Halloween is not celebrated as much here in Germany as it is in the USA, I hardly need any greeting cards. I send the ones I make to friends in the USA or participate in Swaps here in Germany . Da hier in Deutschland Halloween nicht so gefeiert wird wie in den USA, benötige ich dafür kaum Grußkarten. Die, die ich mache verschicke ich an Freunde in die USA oder nehme an Ausstauchen hier in Deutschland teil.

After a long time I used a “Birdbrain” image of “From the Heart Stamps” again. I love these characters and I fondly remember my time on the Design team of Faith, the Illustrator and owner of “From the Heart Stamps”. Unfortunately, she died in 2017 as a result of a brain tumor at the age of only 40. The shop and the blog have not been around for a long time but I still like to refer to the “GoFundMe” page in favor of her husband and her kids as long as it exists. Every little donation helps. Ich liebe diese Charaktere und ich erinnere mich gerne damit an meine Zeit im Designteam von Faith, der Illustratorin und Inhaberin von “From the Heart Stamps” . Sie ist leider in 2017 in Folge eines Hirntumors im Alter von nur 40 Jahren gestorben.
