Gerda Steiner – July 2016

Gerda-Steiner-Juli-16

This is my take for Gerda Steiner´s progressive Challenge. For July we got a sweet little “Mermaid” to work with. Unfortunately, the Mermaid is too cute for my style (Sorry Gerda) but i like the FUN fishes in the Image. That’s why I have separated the fish, printed it in different sizes and create a underwater scene. I hope it still counts.

If you are not taking part – jump in at any time – just purchase this month image, join in the Challenge and you get next month image for FREE. Isn´t that great ?

I think it’s great to see how the same image can be used in different ways. Your card feels very CAS the way you masked off some untouched white space before making the waves. I think this card looks brilliant!

How delightful! I think it should count – it’s part of the image! 🙂 How did you do this background, Imke – a stamp or free by hand? I LOVE it! The pearls are the perfect bubbles!

Kell, I´ve used a Stencil to create the waves and i used a mask for the rectangle.
